(AP) Former 'Survivor' found to have lied

"A former winner on "Survivor" lied to get time off from his job as a state highway worker to join a promotional tour for the reality TV show in Europe last year, an investigation found."

A show where you build alliances through lies and false promises while on an island with complete strangers probably mirrors what you are like "on the outside."

The "it's just a game" defense is used in the "real world" as well. Situational ethics will lead to such results regardless of the exotic or mundane nature of the locale. Jesus said it's what comes out of a man that defiles him- All sorts of the stuff that you and I and Survivor contestants run to in the press and stress of the game we call LIFE.Go figure.
